Our Rose is made from our estate grown Pinot Meunier which makes
it unique. This is truly a "wine drinkers" rose. The generosity
of its fruit and the weight of the wine will surprise the serious
wine buffs. A versatile style to complement food of many depths.

Pinot Meunier 2010
This light to medium wine is matured in French oak with delicate
flavours reminiscent of beetroot, tobacco leaf & tar. The fruit
tannins create exciting movement and length of palate. Pinot Meunier
is grown in the Champagne regions of France for the making of champagne.
This wine can be served chilled on a hot summer's day. A truly unique
taste sensation. Drink now or cellar to 2016.
Pinot Noir 2010
Hand-crafted vines have resulted in a soft and easy drinking wine,
full of cherry and spicy nutmeg flavours emanating partly from the
use of French oak fermentation. Fresh and ready to drink and will
complement game dishes and lighter style meals. Drink now or cellar
to 2015.
Merlot 2008 - limited stock available for Club
Members only
A well made wine rich with the aromas of blueberries and fresh forest
gums. The palate is reminiscent of dark chocolate and hint of licorice
and you can enjoy the soft velvety mouth feel at the finish.

Mary Friend 2006 Bordeaux Blend - James Halliday Rating 91 Maturing in French and Russian oak barriques for 22 months, this wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is a medium weight, elegant and will reward cellaring for up to 10 years. A Subtle herbal ton with fruit flavours of red grapes and mulberries enhances the palate. A chocolate-coffee after taste makes it intriguinly delightful.
