Made to the French tradition utilizing our chardonnay, pinot noir
and pinot meunier grapes –this wine is full-bodied and a very plush
yeasty style, with a rich creamy mousse and lush palate. (Named
after Don who was Malcolm’s late father). Drink now or cellar 2015.
(Our 2004 vintage won SILVER and our 2006 vintage won GOLD at the Federation Sq Annual Wine Awards in 2007 and 2008 respectively).
